All orders are accepted and goods supplied by us on the following terms and conditions:
Prices
All prices, whether quoted or given in our catalogue or web site are ex-works only, and are subject to alteration without notice. We reserve the right to invoice goods at the prices ruling at the time of dispatch from our premises. As Sky Hi Products is not VAT registered, Vat is not applicable.
Orders
We accept orders by fax or post. We have no minimum order charge.
Carriage
The Post and Packing charge is as shown:
Orders up to £5.00 are charged 50p.
Orders £5.00 and over are charged at 10%.
Wherever possible orders are sent out within one week after the receipt of your order and by First Class Post.
Goods collected from our premises are not subject to Post and Packing charges.
Payment
Please settle the Invoices within 30 days of receiving the goods.
The Invoice is inside the box with the goods or where two boxes are banded together the Invoice is sandwiched between the two boxes.
Credit cards are not accepted.
Please make cheques payable to W. M. Colling.
If requested we can also accept payment by BACS.
Reclamation – Guarantee – Returns
Should the goods be damaged, or not what you required, please contact Mike Colling on 01257 452624 so that the matter can be sorted out as soon as possible.
Sky Hi Products will only carry out a full replacement if the goods are returned
unused and in good condition, unless you have phoned in with a damage report.
Return goods must be sent by post. We will only credit you with return postage if the goods returned are faulty.
Product Information & Illustrations
We are continually improving our products and may modify the specification
without notice.
Data Protection
Your details and accounts are stored on our computer system and are used to
simplify our service to you. They will not be passed to any third party or made public for any reason unless requested by you.
Advice and Support
We are happy to give advice on the best way to use our products, and generally are happy to give the advice over the phone.
